The Process
Prep
Before our VIP Weekend, you’ll have three pre-work assignments. First, a questionnaire about your business and current processes. Second, create a step-by-step list of your 3 main services. Lastly, complete a form to develop content for your proposal. We’ll also have your Strategy Session to help answer any questions you have about the homework and your business.
Plan
Once you submit your pre-work, we’ll have our Workflow Mapping Session, where we’ll discuss the workflow maps I’ve created to ensure they’ll work for you and your business. We’ll finish the call by reviewing all the new assets you’ll be getting with your new system.
Produce
During your VIP Weekend, my team and I will create all of the workflows we discussed during the strategy session. After your weekend is complete, I’ll send your goodbye packet with a walkthrough/training video of your new system and links to all of your new Canva assets.
Provide
After your VIP Weekend, you’ll have 21 days of ongoing Slack support. Feel free to ask any questions you have so that I can help you get more acquainted with your new system. You'll also be able to submit support tickets if there is anything that you want to change.

What type of business owners do you help?
CRM systems can help most service based business owners and over the years we have helped designers (branding, website, and interior), photographers, coaches, consultants, wedding planners, flourists, mobile bar owners, makeup artists, and many others.
How much experience with Dubsado or HoneyBook do I need to have?
You will need to know the system enough to access it and make edits. Before your VIP Weekend, we will give you a list of reccomended HoneyBook or Dubsado training videos. Each list has no more than 20 videos and all videos are only 1-5 minutes long. We'll also provide you with lifetime access to our tutorial vault after your VIP Weekend.
You're next available VIP Weekend is 5/6 weeks away, does that mean my project won't start until then?
No, you're project starts ASAP. We'll send you your first questionnaire the day after you make your first payment. The date range you choose for your VIP Weekend is essentially when you're project will be completed.
How long will the pre-work take me?
All of the homework will take about 4-6 hours to complete.
Do I have to be on a call during the VIP Weekend?
Nope, not at all! Please enjoy your weekend while my team and I set up your CRM system and build your new workflows. All I ask is that you're accessible through your Slack channel for any small questions I may have. Slack has an app that can be downloaded for free to your cell phone or tablet.
Will I have access to you after the VIP Weekend for questions?
Yes. I'll provide support through Slack for 21 days after the end of your VIP Weekend. You’ll be able to ask questions about anything regarding your new systems, and I’ll be there to help.
