SCOPE OF WORK: HONEYBOOK VIP WEEKEND
Taylor Piccard of Taylored Vows, a wedding planning service, had quite a number of holes in her business that she wanted to fill. She wanted to gather all of the information she needed when she needed it and stop forgetting to send questionnaires all the time or at the right time. She also wanted a way to get clients to actually do their side of things because so far, it was so easy to forget and sometimes things got buried in their Google Drive folder, or clients don't know how to access it. Due to not having a clear process, Taylor was doing 100% of the work, which naturally made her feel a lack of confidence in her business.
