Jaleccia was frustrated with certain gaps in the backend of her photography business. She wanted to provide a quicker response time to inquiries, canned emails that were able to explain everything to her clients and answer their questions, and timely, consistent communication. Fair enough - her wish was Kay + Co’s command.
