Onboarding a client is automated and simplified while maintaining professionalism with Dubsado. The client portal is simple enough for clients to understand how to navigate but comprehensive enough that clients feel like they have what they need. The ability to streamline communication is a huge plus. You don’t need another system to email or chat with clients. Seriously, this aspect of Dubsado has saved me so much time!

WORKFLOWS

Some of your workflows are going to be available and automated with other CRMs. But Dubsado shines in this area. You can focus on designing when your workflow is automated well. If set up correctly, certain forms completed and submitted can trigger other actions. For example, your lead funnel can trigger an intake questionnaire. That questionnaire can trigger an appointment scheduler and an intro guide. An approved proposal can trigger an invoice. A paid invoice can trigger a receipt and a welcome guide. Your onboarding process is customizable and automated if you set it up. 

CLIENT PROOFS

Probably the best feature for designers is the proof function. You can add photos of your design solutions or even video presentations to your feedback forms to gain your client's feedback directly in Dubsado!  You can design feedback forms, questionnaires, or proof forms that clients can respond to directly. You don't have to attach multiple items separately or link to something outside of Dubsado. It can all be done in one form.
