Clare is a website and branding designer who has a LOT going on. She has a number of steps involved in her processes and in her customized offerings that depend on her client's needs. Because every project was slightly different, she felt she was reinventing the wheel and spending so much time on admin work. All those emails she was sending were totally overwhelming her and her clients.
Without any automation in place, she was aware of every outgoing email, and it would break her productivity flow. Before meeting her systems savior, Clare had so much living in her head, bursting to come out.
